Solvant, corbeille de fruits exotiques avec en tête l'ananas sur muri, orange amer, olive, bois ciré à l'encaustique, eucalyptus, cuir. 👄 L'attaque est agréable, très équilibrée entre puissance et accessibilité. L'ananas, la banane sont flambés, pâte de coing, pamplemousse doux, camphre, menthol, bâton de réglisse, caramel. Cette bouche balance entre sucré salé et pointe acidulée. 👅 Longue et gourmande. 👃 = Place aux solvants avec du boisé, de la banane, de l'ananas, du citron, un peu d'acidité et de caramel ainsi qu'une note de sel. 👄 = Après l'attaque discrète, ce rhum se réveille avec plus de fruité, un bouquet d'épices puis une longue finale pâtissière et toastée avec une note d'amertume. Excellent 😋

FAQ - Buying and selling services

Why do I need to send my KYC (Know Your Customer) ID?

Sending a valid ID is a normal step to verify your identity and make sure you are of legal age.

We also need to make sure that the natural or legal person really exists.

The KYC process is required for reasons of security and regulatory compliance in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. Regulation (EU) 2015/847 & Directive (EU) 2015/849

Why do I have to wait 24 hours for my KYC to be validated?

We use a payment service provider, Stripe, which ensures that your ID is valid and genuine. This usually takes a few minutes, but Stripe may carry out extensive checks.

Why do I need to provide my bank details?

Entering your bank details allows you to receive your money if you sell bottles on LQDX.

Where can I change my bank details?

Login to your account.

Go to the top right-hand menu.

Look for the "Account settings" option.

In the 'Bank details' section, you can change your details.

Do I have to pay to place a buy or sell order?

No, creating orders is free.

Do you charge for transactions?

All transactions are subject to a commission of 2.5% (incl. VAT), payable by the buyer and the seller.

Are transactions on the platform secure?

Yes, all transactions on our platform are secure.

We use advanced security protocols to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of information during transactions.

The security of our users is our priority.

The money flows are managed by our payment service provider Stripe whose approval is available here.

Are transactions anonymous?

All users benefit from pre-transactional anonymity.

Individual sellers can choose to be anonymous by selecting the paying option: their name will not appear on the dispatch note.

How can I specify a delivery address different from the one I have added to my account?

Login to your account.

Go to the top right-hand menu.

Look for the "Account settings" option.

In the 'My account' section, you will find the option "Add another delivery address".

Select the option and enter the address.

Can I contact the seller or buyer directly?

All questions can be answered via Liquidex customer service.

Which company delivers the bottles?

UPS Worldwide.

What do I do if I don't receive the bottle?

If the buyer does not receive the order within a reasonable period of time due to the seller's failure to ship within 48 hours, the buyer may cancel the order in writing directly to the seller. LQDX will refund the buyer the price of the products and delivery charges paid, less its commission.

Can I return a bottle if it doesn't conform?

Upon receipt of the order, the buyer has 24 hours to inform the seller of any complaints regarding the Products. The transaction will then be suspended until the complaint has been resolved, with LQDX retaining the order price in the escrow account.

Why has my account been blocked or cancelled?

Although LQDX is not a party to the transactions concluded between Users, it intends to offer Users a reliable and secure matchmaking service, including only Users who respect their commitments.

For this reason, LQDX will temporarily restrict or permanently block access to the Live Orders service for Users who fail to comply with their undertakings, as described below.
